My favorite Genre would be Suspense/Thriller because it usually keeps the reader at the edge of their seats. This is an important aspect when reading books because if the book is boring than the reading won't enjoy the novel. A couple of my favorite books with this type of genre would be Gone Girl and Shutter Island. The authors of both these books really gives the reader what they are looking for in a thriller novel.
